Samsung has announced its new Tab range in a New York press conference. The new Galaxy Tab S will come in two screen sizes, 8.4’’ and 10.5’’ inch. The screens will be AMOLED display. It’s going to be
richer in colour than standard LCDs. AMOLED display has since long been used in Samsung phones, but earlier AMOLED screens are not used in tabs as the difficulty and the cost involved
in production. As Samsung has gone ahead with AMOLED technology, it may start a
new revolution even in television productions.

Tablets will be up for sale in USA from July and models with
4G LTE cellular service is expected later this year.
Samsung tabs are going to be thinner compare to previous tabs
(6.6 MM) and richer color display. This is going to give a tough competition
for Apple’s Ipad.Both the version of Tabs are thinner than iPads,while 10’inch
pad is almost same as iPad Air and smaller one is lighter than ipad Mini.
It will be available in 2 variants-white and Brown and
resembles a lot to s5 with its plastic rear cover.pricing-8.4 inch costs $399
and 10.5Inch costs $499.
