VSCO Cam has the ability to choose the strength of the Presets and Tools using the Precision Slider as well as the ability to edit the exposure, temperature, contrast and more. You can also preview the image before finalizing it along with all the crops and rotations.
VSCO Cam App is also very good in organisation. You can use the App to organize and browse your library of images and also view the image data which includes geolocation, date, presets used and other details.
