Sell your old smart phones and tablets and get cash back with Reglobe from Snapdeal

Gadgets are passing fancies and every so often users including me tend to move towards the latest smart phone available in the market.  While this fine for use, we often tend to accumulate old smart phones which we keep as standby.  And more often than not, due to non use of the same, they just rot away neither serving their purpose nor you benefiting from them.  Snapdeal has come with a unique website called Reglobe which will work within the Snapdeal portal and which takes your old smart phones and tablets and gives you cash against it.  What's more, the whole process is transparent with you having to choose the make and model number of the smart phone or tablet and giving a general description of the condition it is in. 

After giving out the details, you can request a quote either on your mobile through SMS or in your mail box.

Though the models are limited on Reglobe buyback, there are quite a few.  I chose Sony Arc for selling, gave it as without bill and, good conditions, and below 1 year.  

And got a quote of Rs.3360.00 for my Arc which is quite less than what I would have liked.    The other thing Snapdeal have to work on is the number of models which can be sold.  As of now there are very few and among the few almost all are the latest ones.  Who on earth would like to sell their Nokia Lumia 925 or Sony Xperia Z!

But I really liked the concept from Snapdeal and would prefer selling my old smart phone to them rather than making it a piece of junk.  Do remember to erase the photos, videos and contacts from your smart phone if you want to venture out to Reglobe.
