After receiving
an over whelming response for Motorola’s latest model dual-Sim Moto G, it is
facing a network issue problems in India. Company has investigated into the issue and
it is found out that the problems occur due to IMEI numbers of the devices are not registered with local
carriers. However not all the
Moto G handsets are facing the network issue due to unregistered IMEI number. It has been reported by Google and Motorola that only few
new batches of the handsets which were shipped recently via online retailer FlipKart.com are facing this issue.
Flipkart is
already sending out the emails for all those who bought Moto G from their online platform recently,
explaining the problem and also offering a replacement of the Moto G handset. As a
good will and to compensate the inconvenience caused by their end to the customers, the company is also offering a Rs.1200.00($20.00) cashback who all those who made the purchase using credit cards. Flipkart has also stated that if a customer is not satisfied with this arrangement and can’t wait for the replacement,
they can opt for refund and money will be given back without any questions. Please note that the above offer only for those who bought MotoG via Flipkart.
