'Paan' as you know is a must for many people of subcontinent after a hearty meal. It is not health friendly and has been criticized by people as being cancer pill. But older Indian generation look at it as a good digestive habit. This 'Paanwala' is unusual, he rings a ghanti after completing the making of 'Paan'
